3ETA Tech allows registered users to submit content, including but not limited to, file uploads, listings, articles or news submissions, ratings and comments. 5.1 With the exception of file uploads, when contributing content to 3ETA Tech,
A) You consent that you are the original creator of the content and have all legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant us with the license set forth in this Agreement.

Indemnification:

The designs, Templates software, scripts, codes, and any other product distributed at 3ETA Tech each carry their own separate open source license which is chosen by the designer. Upon downloading a design, designs, Templates software, scripts, codes, you agree to use the design under its respected license.
Payment Terms:
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
